Terms of Service

1. Subject of the Agreement

• 1.1. The Administration provides the User with access to the Bot and its functionality under the terms set forth in this Agreement.
• 1.2. By using the Bot, the User confirms their full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
• 1.3. This Agreement is a legally binding document.

2. Service Description

• 2.1. The @SideLinQ_bot is designed to provide secure internet access services, including: subscription management, connection key delivery, setup instructions, referral program, and technical support.
• 2.2. The list of features and capabilities of the Bot may be changed by the Administration without prior notice to the User.

3. Usage Rules

• 3.1. The User agrees to use the Bot exclusively for its intended purpose and in accordance with applicable law.
• 3.2. The User is prohibited from:
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to information contained in the Bot.
  • Using the Bot to distribute malware, spam, or other illegal content.
  • Interfering with the Bot's operation, modifying its code or functionality.
  • Sharing connection keys with third parties unless permitted by the subscription plan.
  • Violating the rights of third parties while using the Bot.
• 3.3. The Administration reserves the right to restrict or terminate the User's access to the Bot in case of violation of this Agreement.

4. Subscription and Payment

• 4.1. Access to the service is provided on a subscription basis. Current pricing is available in the Bot under "Subscription".
• 4.2. Payment is accepted via Telegram Stars and cryptocurrency (CryptoCloud). The Administration may add additional payment methods.
• 4.3. Subscriptions do not auto-renew. The Bot will send a reminder before the subscription expires.
• 4.4. Refunds are processed in accordance with the policy of the payment provider through which the payment was made.

5. Referral Program

• 5.1. Users may invite others via a referral link and earn 15% of each payment made by the referred user.
• 5.2. Rewards are credited to the internal balance and can be used to pay for the User's own subscription.
• 5.3. The Administration reserves the right to modify the referral program terms and to cancel rewards obtained through abuse (mass registration of fake accounts, etc.).

6. Liability

• 6.1. The Administration is not liable for losses incurred by the User as a result of using the Bot, including errors, service interruptions, data loss, etc.
• 6.2. The User bears full responsibility for their actions while using the Bot and for the consequences of such actions.
• 6.3. The Administration is not responsible for the content of information transmitted by the User through the service.
• 6.4. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for temporary server unavailability.

7. Personal Data

• 7.1. The Administration undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the User's personal data obtained during the use of the Bot.
• 7.2. Detailed information about data processing is contained in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this Agreement.

8. Term and Amendments

• 8.1. This Agreement takes effect upon acceptance by the User and remains in force indefinitely.
• 8.2. The Administration reserves the right to amend this Agreement. Changes will be posted on this page. The User is deemed to have accepted the changes if they continue using the Bot after the changes are made.

9. Dispute Resolution

• 9.1. All disputes between the Administration and the User shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

10. Miscellaneous

• 10.1. All matters not covered by this Agreement shall be governed by applicable law.
• 10.2. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
