Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — "Agreement") governs the collection, use, and protection of information about the User (hereinafter — "User") by the SideLinQ Administration (hereinafter — "Administration") that may be considered confidential.

By using the website site.sidelinq.net and/or the Telegram bot @SideLinQ_bot, the User fully and unconditionally accepts this Agreement. If the User does not agree with the terms, they should stop using the service.

In short: SideLinQ does not log your traffic. We do not know which websites you visit, and we do not store your connection history. We collect the minimum amount of data required to operate the service.

1. Sources of Information

  • 1.1. Information covered by this Agreement may be personally identifiable (directly related to a specific individual) or non-personally identifiable (data obtained without linking to a specific individual).
  • 1.2. The Administration has access to information obtained through:
    • Information provided by the User during registration via the Telegram bot (Telegram ID, username)
    • Information obtained through support correspondence
    • Subscription plan selection and payment history data
    • Anonymous website visit statistics (no cookies, no personal identification)
  • 1.3. Only information stored in an encrypted form in the service database and accessible exclusively to the Administration is considered confidential.

2. Data We Collect

When using the Telegram bot:

  • Telegram ID (numeric account identifier)
  • Registration date and subscription status
  • Selected plan and payment history

When using SideLinQ apps for iOS and Android:

  • Anonymous device identifier (for subscription binding)
  • Registration date and subscription status
  • Push notification token (if you have enabled notifications)

When connecting to servers:

  • Connection timestamp (for concurrent session control)
  • Selected server location
  • Aggregated traffic volume (for load management)

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

  • ✗ Your source IP address
  • ✗ Websites you visit or DNS queries
  • ✗ Contents of your traffic
  • ✗ Network activity logs or connection history
  • ✗ Information about your browser or operating system
  • ✗ Geolocation
  • ✗ Contacts, photos, or other personal data from your device

4. Security

  • 4.1. The Administration uses modern technologies to ensure the confidentiality of personal data and provide maximum information protection.
  • 4.2. Access to User's personal information is provided through an authorization system (API key). The User agrees to ensure the security of authorization data and not disclose it to third parties.
  • 4.3. Collection, storage, use, and processing of information is carried out in accordance with applicable law.
  • 4.4. SideLinQ servers are located outside the Russian Federation. Subscription data is stored on secure servers in Europe.

5. How We Use Data

Collected data is used exclusively to:

  • Provide and maintain the service
  • Manage subscriptions and process payments
  • Limit the number of simultaneous devices according to your plan
  • Send notifications about subscription status

We do not sell, share, or provide your data to third parties, except for payment providers to process transactions.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party providers: Telegram Stars (via Telegram), cryptocurrency (via CryptoCloud), and bank cards/instant payments (via WATA). SideLinQ does not store credit card details or cryptocurrency wallet information. Payment processing is governed by the respective providers' privacy policies.

7. Referral Program

When participating in the referral program, we store the relationship between the referrer and the referred user to calculate referral rewards. The referral link contains the referrer's Telegram ID. Referral balance and credit history are stored on the server and accessible only to the account owner.

8. App Permissions

SideLinQ apps for iOS and Android only request permissions necessary for operation:

  • Network access — to establish a secure connection
  • Push notifications (optional) — for status alerts
  • Network profile configuration — to create a system-level connection

The apps do not request access to contacts, camera, microphone, location, files, or any other data on your device.

9. Children

SideLinQ is not intended for individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Data Deletion

You can request complete deletion of your data by contacting support at @SideLinQ_chat. Data will be deleted within 48 hours. When a subscription is cancelled, account data is automatically deleted after 30 days.

11. Final Provisions

  • 11.1. The Administration operates in accordance with applicable law. Any claims and disputes shall be resolved in the manner prescribed by law.
  • 11.2. The Administration is not liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by Users or third parties from the use or inability to use the service.
  • 11.3. The terms of this Agreement may be amended by the Administration unilaterally. The current version is always available on this page.
