Privacy Policy

In short

SideLinQ does not log your traffic. We do not know which websites you visit, and we do not store your connection history. We collect the minimum amount of data required to operate the service.

This policy applies to all SideLinQ products: the Telegram bot, iOS and Android apps, and the website site.sidelinq.net.

Data we collect

When using the Telegram bot:

  • Telegram ID (numeric account identifier)
  • Registration date and subscription status
  • Selected plan and payment history

When using SideLinQ apps for iOS and Android:

  • Anonymous device identifier (for subscription binding)
  • Registration date and subscription status
  • Selected plan and payment history
  • Push notification token (if you have enabled notifications)

When connecting to servers (any platform):

  • Connection timestamp (for concurrent session control)
  • Selected server location
  • Aggregated traffic volume (for load management)

When visiting the website:

  • Anonymous visit statistics (no cookies, no personal identification)

When submitting the contact form:

  • Name, email, and message content
  • Telegram username (if provided)
  • Data is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry
  • Messages are stored until the inquiry is resolved, then deleted

Data we do NOT collect

  • Your source IP address
  • Websites you visit or DNS queries
  • Contents of your traffic
  • Network activity logs or connection history
  • Information about your browser or operating system
  • Geolocation
  • Contacts, photos, or other personal data from your device

How we use data

Collected data is used exclusively to:

  • Provide and maintain the service
  • Manage subscriptions and process payments
  • Limit the number of simultaneous devices according to your plan
  • Send notifications about subscription status and service updates (only with your consent)

We do not sell, share, or provide your data to third parties, except for payment providers to process transactions.

Payments

Payments are processed through third-party providers. SideLinQ does not store credit card details. Payment processing is governed by the respective payment providers' privacy policies.

Where data is stored

SideLinQ servers are located outside the Russian Federation. Subscription data is stored on secure servers in Europe.

App permissions

SideLinQ apps for iOS and Android only request permissions necessary for operation:

  • Network access — to establish a secure connection
  • Push notifications (optional) — for status alerts
  • VPN profile configuration — to create a system-level network connection

The apps do not request access to contacts, camera, microphone, location, files, or any other data on your device.

Children

SideLinQ is not intended for individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Data deletion

You can request complete deletion of your data by contacting support at @SideLinQ_chat. Data will be deleted within 48 hours. When a subscription is cancelled, account data is automatically deleted after 30 days.

For iOS and Android apps: uninstalling the app does not delete your account data from the server. For complete deletion, please submit a request through support.

Policy changes

If we make significant changes to this privacy policy, we will notify users through the Telegram channel and push notifications in the apps. The current version is always available on this page.
