Common checks
Section titled “Common checks”- Re-import your key if it was rotated (get a new one from the bot).
- Check your DNS settings.
- Reconnect after changing networks (Wi-Fi / mobile data).
- Make sure the HAPP app has all required permissions.
- Try switching to a different location in the bot.
Key doesn’t paste?
Section titled “Key doesn’t paste?”Make sure you copied the entire key, including the happ:// prefix. The key is a long string — double-check nothing was cut off.
Still not working?
Section titled “Still not working?”Contact support in the community group with your platform, app version, and a short description of the issue.
