Troubleshooting

  • Re-import your key if it was rotated (get a new one from the bot).
  • Check your DNS settings.
  • Reconnect after changing networks (Wi-Fi / mobile data).
  • Make sure the HAPP app has all required permissions.
  • Try switching to a different location in the bot.

Make sure you copied the entire key, including the happ:// prefix. The key is a long string — double-check nothing was cut off.

Contact support in the community group with your platform, app version, and a short description of the issue.
